No Assignment or Resale
- Advertisers may not sell, transfer, or assign their advertising rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
Disruption of Services
If we’re unable to deliver your agreed-upon advertising for more than 5 consecutive days, we will, at our discretion:
- Provide replacement placements of equal value; or
- Refund the prorated portion of the fee for the undelivered period
